Your hair extensions are shipped from our warehouse located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.
All orders usually will ship in 5-10 business days Monday - Friday unless there is a fraudulent warning or shipping address error. We never ship during Canadian holidays. All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped with Canada Post services. The delivery time is 2-5 business days within Canada and 4-5 business days to USA; 7-14 business days to rest of the world. When shipped, orders will take a few hours to update tracking. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.
HappyBugSpa (HBhair) does not control the courier trucks, so once it leaves our facility you will need to contact them for any issues.
All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of HappyBugSpa.
Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.
Sometimes the mail courier can get delayed by a few hours so plan your hair appointments in advance. We do not control shipping. We process and ship the orders daily. Although it is rare, orders can be lost or delayed due to weather and other uncontrollable forces by the mail courier. We cannot be responsible for these delays.
Our client’s satisfaction is our main priority. However due to the nature of our items we do offer refunds minus 20% re-stocking fee. You will also need to pay for the return shipping cost and package has to be trackable. Thank you for your understanding. Please note, colors may slightly defer because of the photography.
With our effortless exchange policy, you can have confidence with the satisfaction of your product. With exchanges you will still be responsible for shipping the item to us. All exchange requests must be sent in within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any difference with your total will be charged/invoiced after our specialists review the item(s).
If your item is found to be disqualified for the return, you are responsible for shipping the item back to you.
A Back order occurs when there is an influx of orders that surpass our supply of items. When this occurs, we will notify you immediately and you will have a choice of:
1. Waiting for your item until we receive more inventory;
2. Switching out your item for a different color or style;
3. Remove the item from the order.
All prices on our website is in Canadian dollars. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Please note, all our Canadian customers can use both payment methods. All other customers can only use Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account or to create one.
With any promotion, only one can be applied to each transaction. For promotions with a coupon code, the coupon code must be entered at checkout.
